Day to Day Responsibilities:
Execute robust and efficient processes by leveraging the best internal and external insights for national reimbursement submissions, including the strategy kick off meeting, dossier production, critical path activities, governance and translation process. 
Guide each country-level submission planning process to ensure submission is prepared efficiently and is of high quality for on time delivery. 
Work closely with Amgen regions/affiliates to develop and manage high quality, integrated, cross-functional timelines/plans to meet their country-specific HTA needs (across all targeted markets). 
Provide Cross-Functional Leadership by partnering with key stakeholder functions and effective team management. 
Facilitate team meetings and key communications in accordance to established processes. 
Driving alignment of deliverables with overall submission strategy, including strategy meeting support, partnering with vendors, active risk management as it relates to timelines, communication planning 
Prepare metrics and reporting tools that document ongoing projects progress and HTA COE activity (status slides/dashboards)
Actively work to improve and strengthen HTA activities by developing a deep understanding of existing GVAP working process, documents, and key cross-functional interfaces. 
Bring their energy, ideas, and passion to help embed the HTA COE into Amgen cross-functional teams.
 
Summary:
The Health Technology Assessment (HTA) Project Manager will play a critical role in Amgen’s HTA Center of Excellence (COE).
This is a global role based in Global Value Access and Policy (GVAP) Global Health Economics (GHE) HTA Center of Excellence with global, regional and country interactions across all Amgen markets targeted for access and reimbursement (50+ affiliates, 75+ total)
As Amgen expands into new markets and HTA proliferates worldwide, the number and complexity of these access and reimbursement submissions is growing substantially. As such, this candidate will engage with multiple functions at all levels across Amgen’s Therapeutic Areas to ensure cross-functional collaboration.
The candidate will bring their energy and expertise, working closely with the Head of the HTA COE and under the direction of the HTA COE Leads and HTA COE PM Head to actively partner with affiliates and global staff to manage access and reimbursement deliverables, including national reimbursement submissions, response to the payer questions (RTQs) and global value dossiers (GVDs).
 
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of the Amgen Commercialization process, teams, and working practices.
Have worked in teams that have submitted key external dossiers – ideally HTA dossiers or similar such dossiers.
