Day to Day Responsibilities:     
  • Manage meeting schedule for long range planning for Bone and Cardio business units.
  • Work with team to align on agendas for meetings, create some slides to ensure meeting runs smoothly
  • Take notes and action items during meetings, work with team members to ensure alignment on action items, and collect and report on progress (secondary project)
  • Help develop consistent budget management process for team
Summary:
Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of project oriented work efforts. Primary responsibility is to provide project management support for the long range plan (LRP) process for BCBU. Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, managing meetings schedules and agendas, aligning with team members on deliverables and timing, collecting and reporting on project milestones from team members, and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately. Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers. Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impact the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort being managed. Must possess advanced knowledge and proficiency in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques. This is an individual contributor role without human resource management responsibilities (e.g., hiring, performance management). Manages one or more projects of medium to high complexity. Also would support budget management for team, ideally would help define a budget management process.
