Day to Day Responsibilities:            
This position reports to the PMO Lead and supports the PMO, Initiative Leadership, and Workstream Leads with administrative program and project management activities.
 
The work will include:
  • Coordinates and manages meeting logistics including travel, onsite/offsite conference room booking, room setup, catering, calendaring, etc.
  • Leads administrative projects as assigned and proactively provide supervisor with status updates.
  • Helps with taking/documenting and distributing meeting minutes and action items. Help with status reporting.
  • Aids in various administrative tasks regarding project budgets, schedules, and the contingent worker team members such as monitoring purchase orders, ensure prompt expense reporting submission by team members, coordinating and submitting onboarding requests to the EWC and training assignments to the Learning team, and proactive monitoring of CW completion of learning activities.
  • Assists with keeping information and deliverables up to date including schedules, budgets, and project information in MS Project, SharePoint & Box.
  • Assists other team members as needed with miscellaneous tasks.
  • Should be organized, reliable, and respond promptly to requests.
  • Perform tasks independently with minimal supervision, in addition to working on teams to accomplish tasks.
  • Coordination with the project team, workstream project managers, and program manager is essential.
  • Able to shift gears and be comfortable with ambiguity, must be able to recognize priorities and quickly reorganize priorities as needed, proactive in thinking and able identify potential issues, track action items, look for areas of improvement
Skills:
MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in an office setting.
 
Basic Educational Requirement:
High-school diploma or GED
