Location: Remote - Thousand Oaks, CA

Employment Type: Contingent Worker (Contract, W2)

Contract Length: 12 months (possible extension)

Compensation: $42/$48 per hour (based on experience)

Summary of the Role

Support a big biopharma leader’s Global Warehouse Team with the SAP S/4HANA implementation, focusing on ensuring warehouse business requirements are met and go-live processes run smoothly. Execute script testing, analyze system specifications, and resolve documented warehouse issues. Work collaboratively with system architects, process owners, and cross-functional stakeholders to minimize operational disruption during new system adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute script testing in ALM and report on results
• Collaborate with system architects, business process owners, and stakeholders
• Analyze system specifications and resolve warehouse issues documented in Jira
• Ensure warehouse business requirements are captured and met during SAP S/4HANA implementation
• Monitor and mitigate impacts of system changes on warehouse processes
• Administer and support test sets for system implementation initiatives
• Gather data and perform metric analysis to inform project decisions
• Support supply chain warehouse safety, compliance, and productivity improvement projects
• Contribute to general department project management activities

Required Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of GMP warehouse experience, with Pharma or Biotech strongly preferred
• Demonstrated script testing and project management skills
• On-the-floor warehouse experience in a cGMP environment required
• Critical thinking to assess business and technical impacts
• Consistent multi-year roles in prior work history, showing reliability

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of warehouse business processes
• SAP experience, particularly in WM, SRM, and EWM modules
• Experience with test set administration during system implementations
• Experience working on geographically dispersed teams in FDA-regulated (cGMP) industries
• Advanced computer skills, including MS Office suite and SharePoint
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical abilities
• Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, and adaptability

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Test and validate SAP S/4HANA warehouse solutions against business requirements
• Work closely with business process owners to address and solve issues

• Support warehouse safety, compliance, and productivity projects as needed

Basic Qualifications

• Doctorate degree
• Master’s degree and 2 years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience
• Associate’s degree and 8 years of experience
• High school diploma / GED and 10 years of experience
