Summary of the Role
Join the Supply Chain Transformation team at a large biotech pharmaceutical leader as a Senior Associate. You'll support the implementation of a new ERP system, focusing on the Plan to Stock process, and drive process and documentation transitions across global operations. This fully remote role collaborates virtually with colleagues across time zones to ensure seamless procedural change and maintain compliant documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and document existing and new supply chain and manufacturing process flows for ERP implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify, revise, and create procedures aligned with system changes
- Manage and maintain GMP-compliant documentation to ensure accuracy and support regulated operations
- Coordinate with internal and external project team members, including business process owners and SMEs, for knowledge transfer and process alignment
- Draft clear and concise technical and procedural documentation using strong technical writing skills
- Contribute to project workshops, testing, and readiness activities to facilitate ERP adoption across the organization
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or process improvement in a regulated industry (biotech, pharma, etc.)
- Proven experience with GMP documentation and technical writing
- Strong understanding of supply chain and manufacturing operations
- Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate in remote, cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable with a continuous improvement mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in ERP implementations or large-scale systems transitions
- Familiarity with the Plan to Stock functional domain
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field
Top 3 Must Have Skills
1. 3 years' supply chain or manufacturing experience in biotech or pharma
2. Experience with GMP documentation and technical writing
3. Exposure to SAP
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Engage in virtual project meetings and workshops
- Develop and revise SOPs and process documentation
- Ensure all documentation meets compliance and regulatory standards
- Support ERP testing and readiness assessments
- Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams for knowledge transfer
Basic Qualifications
- High school/GED + 2 years work experience
- Associates and 6 months work experience
- Bachelors
