Summary of the Role
Join a large biotech pharmaceutical leader as a Digital Operations & Process Improvement Specialist, supporting Process Development teams in standardizing productivity processes and enhancing digital operations. This role focuses on process improvement, SharePoint ownership, dashboard and workflow development, and digital knowledge management. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into impactful digital solutions. Business travel may be required twice annually.
Key Responsibilities
- Support standardization, centralization, and continuous improvement of Productivity Project processes across Process Development functions
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, pain points, data requirements, and opportunities for improvement
- Design, update, and maintain SharePoint sites, learning hubs, event calendars, communication spaces, and digital repositories
- Develop and enhance dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and Smartsheet
- Build and improve Smartsheet forms, dashboards, dynamic views, automated notifications, and intake workflows
- Identify and execute automation opportunities, integrate AI-enabled tools, and streamline operational data into actionable insights
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders on priorities, requirements, blockers, and provide regular status updates
- Balance multiple requests, prioritize tasks, and uphold high-quality standards with strong attention to detail
Required Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business operations, data analytics, information systems, digital workplace management, engineering, life sciences, or related field
- Proven experience evaluating business processes and implementing digital or process improvements
- Hands-on experience building or managing SharePoint sites and internal digital communication platforms
- Expertise in developing dashboards, reports, or visualizations with Tableau, Power BI, Excel, Smartsheet, or similar tools
- Excellent organization, prioritization, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and deliver high-quality results across competing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Power Automate, Microsoft 365, SharePoint permissions, Atlas, Gist, workflow automation, repository management, or system integration
- Background in continuous improvement, Lean Six Sigma, or business process improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with AI tools and internal digital enablement

- Organize digital repositories, galleries, and knowledge assets

Basic Qualifications
- Associate degree and 2 years of experience
- 2 years in a technical school setting with hands-on experience
- High school diploma / GED and 4 years of experience
