Summary of the Role
Lead and manage complex, strategic projects focused on ERP implementation within a large biotech pharmaceutical environment. Oversee all phases of the project life cycle, from planning and feasibility studies to implementation and quality assurance. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with resource, scope, time, and deliverable requirements. Provide leadership in project tracking, issue escalation, and effective communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-level, complex projects within scope, cost, quality, and time constraints
- Allocate resources and guide all life cycle phases: feasibility, requirements, analysis, design, testing, planning, and implementation
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams and ensure objective documentation
- Drive process development and change management initiatives
- Utilize MS Project, MS Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Teams for planning and collaboration
- Communicate project milestones and potential risks proactively to stakeholders and teams
- Deliver regular status updates and manage escalations for off-track activities
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing medium to large-scale projects
- Extensive project and program management, especially with business use of systems/software
- ERP implementation experience (SAP to SAP S/4HANA preferred)
- Advanced planning, coordination, and tracking skills
- Excellent communication skills with cross-program resources
- Strong analytical skills and experience with project management best practices
- Expertise in MS Project, MS Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Teams
Preferred Qualifications
- ERP implementation experience with a focus on master data

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications
- Doctorate degree or
- Master’s degree and 2 years of experience or
- Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience or
- Associate’s degree and 8 years of experience or
- High school diploma / GED and 10 years of experience
