Location: Onsite Thousand Oaks, CA (Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:30 PM; overtime as needed)

Compensation: $28–$32 per hour (based on experience)
Summary of the Role
Join a large biotech pharmaceutical leader to support clinical distribution operations. You’ll manage clinical order fulfillment and logistics in SAP, ensure compliant, on-time shipments, handle materials (including PIV operation), and collaborate with planners/requestors to resolve issues in a GMP environment.
Key Responsibilities
Pick, review, pack, and prepare clinical product for shipment per SOPs/GMP
Coordinate logistics and timelines using SAP; track data and resolve order issues
Perform inventory counts; reconcile discrepancies; document all material transactions
Safely operate Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIVs); lift up to 35 lbs; work in cold storage as needed
Maintain accurate shipping documents; stage materials for transport and delivery
Support investigations, metrics/reporting, and operational excellence projects
Adhere to quality, safety, and compliance requirements at all times
Required Experience & Skills
Understanding of GMPs and strict SOP adherence
Warehousing and material handling experience
Attention to detail; critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Computer proficiency (e.g., SAP, Excel; Smartsheet a plus)
Strong communication; team collaboration in fast-paced operations
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field
Experience with regulated workflows and clinical distribution
Familiarity with Smartsheet and additional analytics tools

GMP/SOP knowledge and compliance mindset
Warehousing experience
Material handling with strong detail orientation and computer skills
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Participate in daily huddles; divide work across picking, review/pack, and metering
Execute order fulfillment in SAP; stage and dispatch shipments
Complete training/SOP reading during initial onboarding; reach full competency within 2–3 months
Basic Qualifications
High school/GED and 2 years work or military experience, OR
Associate’s degree and 6 months work or military experience
