Summary of the Role
Join a large biopharmaceutical leader to provide operational oversight for the Final Publication Review (FPR) process. You’ll process and track submissions, coordinate review/approval workflows, maintain records in Salesforce, and escalate compliance issues, partnering closely with medical writers, reviewers, compliance, and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Publication Process Support: Intake FPR requests, perform quality checks, coordinate timely approvals, troubleshoot issues, upload final versions/metadata, and keep SOP knowledge current.
Systems & Records: Maintain accurate publication databases in Salesforce; generate/update guidance materials.
Stakeholder Engagement: Follow up on pending reviews/approvals, train new users, and communicate process updates to stakeholders.
Compliance & Reporting: escalate compliance exceptions; provide clear status updates and documentation.
Required Experience & Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication; poised, professional, collaborative style
Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) and Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
Strong attention to detail, organization, and data accuracy; ability to thrive in a dynamic, matrixed setting
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with strict compliance processes and handling confidential information
Salesforce proficiency (including reporting)
Publication/editorial, project management, or pharmaceutical/biotech experience (preferred, not required)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Process FPR requests; validate data; coordinate multi-stakeholder approvals
Maintain Salesforce records and publication archives; resolve submission issues
Prepare agendas/materials for workshops; document outcomes and follow-ups
Train stakeholders on FPR requirements; ensure SOP adherence; provide weekly status updates
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, OR
Associate’s degree and 3 years of medical publication, Salesforce, project management, or editorial experience, OR
High school diploma/GED and 5 years of medical publication, Salesforce, project management, or editorial experience
