Summary of the Role
Join a large biotech pharmaceutical leader as a Supply Chain Senior Associate. You’ll support site and global supply chain processes, analytics, and digital enablement, partnering across manufacturing, quality, procurement, warehousing, IT, and global functions. You’ll build dashboards, maintain master data accuracy, contribute to SOPs/training, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Support and maintain supply chain business processes and system configurations aligned to global standards and site needs
Gather, analyze, and document requirements to enable process optimization and digital solutions
Build reports/dashboards and deliver insights using Tableau, Power BI, and Excel
Support master data accuracy with global MDM/SAP teams; participate in validation, testing, and change control
Contribute to operational readiness, capacity planning, risk mitigation, and CI projects
Draft/maintain SOPs, training materials, and process documentation; track deviations, CAPAs, and change controls
Required Experience & Skills
Knowledge of supply chain business processes, systems, and procedures
Hands-on analytics/reporting with Smartsheet, Tableau/Power BI, and Excel
Project coordination and continuous improvement mindset; strong organization and communication
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in regulated industry (biotech/pharma) across supply chain, business systems, operations, or analytics
Enterprise systems: SAP ECC/S/4, Kinaxis RapidResponse; master data experience
Familiarity with GMP and manufacturing operations
Exposure to Lean/Six Sigma methods; cross-functional/global project experience
Understanding of planning, logistics, and inventory management principles

Partner with cross-functional teams to capture requirements and develop analytics/reporting tools

Basic Qualifications
Master’s degree, OR
Bachelor’s degree and 6 months of Supply Chain/Operations work or military experience, OR
Associate degree and 2 years of Supply Chain/Operations work or military experience, OR
High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of Supply Chain/Operations work or military experience
