Summary of the Role
Join a large biotech pharmaceutical leader as a Project Management Coordinator supporting Attribute Sciences within the program. You’ll manage multiple non-technical projects across CMC/process development, owning plans, timelines, and status while partnering closely with diverse project leads. Success requires Smartsheet and Excel proficiency, clear communication, and the ability to operate independently in a complex, matrixed environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage medium-to-large projects within scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets
Run full project lifecycle: feasibility, requirements, analysis, ROI/business case, design, testing, implementation planning
Coordinate cross-functional teams; regularly engage management and stakeholders
Maintain project schedules, risks, issues, actions, and status reporting (Smartsheet/Excel)
Document requirements/objectives; manage external resources when needed
Partner with Attribute Sciences leads to keep project plans current and aligned
Required Experience & Skills
2–5 years of project management experience in biotech (CMC or process development)
Proficiency with Smartsheet and Excel; strong skills in MS Project, Word, Visio, PowerPoint
Strong communicator; comfortable partnering across diverse project leads
Highly organized, independent contributor; able to manage multiple efforts simultaneously
Knowledge of PM methodologies, business process/change management, and collaboration systems
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in mid- to large-scale biotech organizations and matrix structures
