Project Coordinator – Operations Management
Location: Remote – U.S. (any time zone, standard business hours, Monday–Friday)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Contingent Worker (Contract, W2)
Contract Length: 3 years (great opportunity)
Compensation: $30–$35 per hour (based on experience)


Summary of the Role
Join a large biotech pharmaceutical leader as a Project Coordinator supporting the Operations Management team. This role manages reporting, site assignment notifications, and clinical site audit tracking while facilitating collaboration across senior leadership and external partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator who thrives in an independent, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Run and manage weekly/monthly reports; summarize findings for Operations Leadership and Senior Leadership Team (SLT)

  • Send site assignment notifications for new allocations and transitions across the U.S.

  • Track quality assurance audits of clinical sites and maintain accurate records

  • Coordinate Teams access for SLT and Functional Service Provider (FSP) partners

  • Communicate effectively with extended teams to ensure alignment


Required Experience & Skills

  • Strong computer and system skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Spotfire, Teams, SharePoint)

  • Ability to work independently; proactive, self-starter mindset

  • Excellent attention to detail and organization; able to manage multiple priorities

  • Clear written and verbal communication across teams and leadership


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in project coordination, operations, or clinical research

  • Experience supporting senior leaders and cross-functional partners

  • Generate and summarize weekly/monthly reports for leadership

  • Manage and send site assignment notifications across U.S. clinical sites

  • Track and maintain audit records for clinical site quality assurance

  • Support SLT and partner access to Teams and other collaboration tools
