Project Manager / Sr Associate – Supplier Performance Analytics & Digital Enablement
Location: Remote – U.S. (any time zone, standard business hours, Monday–Friday)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Contingent Worker (Contract, W2)
Compensation: $52–$59 per hour (based on experience)

Summary of the Role
Join a large biotech pharmaceutical leader as a Project Manager / Sr Associate in Supplier Performance Analytics & Digital Enablement. This role advances supplier management by leveraging data, automation, and process innovation to optimize workflows and improve decision-making. You will develop digital tools, implement AI-driven automation, and provide insights that drive efficiency and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital & Data Enablement

    • Build and maintain supplier performance dashboards (Power BI, Tableau)

    • Implement automation and AI solutions to streamline reporting and workflows

    • Ensure strong data governance and accessibility

    • Analyze supplier data to identify trends and opportunities

  • Supplier Performance & Project Support

    • Define and track supplier performance KPIs for quality, compliance, and improvement

    • Partner with leadership to expand digital support across supplier groups

    • Coordinate project tasks, deliverables, and timelines

    • Deliver insights that improve efficiency and supplier relationships

  • Process Innovation & Collaboration

    • Lead efforts to digitize and automate supplier oversight workflows

    • Implement process improvements that reduce manual work

    • Document workflows, automation logic, and data models for scalability

    • Build strong partnerships across functions to align with business needs

Required Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field

  • Experience in data management, visualization, and analytics

  • Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SharePoint, and Teams

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver automation/AI solutions

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Familiarity with process optimization methods

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of supplier management practices in R&D, pharma, or biotech

  • Experience with supplier performance tracking and compliance metrics

  • Background in process transformation or digital enablement initiatives
