Change Management Manager – Global Supply Chain Transformation
Location: Remote (U.S. – standard business hours, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Contingent Worker (Contract, W2)
Compensation: $51 - $58 per hour (based on experience)
Summary of the Role
Join a large biotech pharmaceutical leader as a Change Management Manager supporting a global supply chain transformation. You will develop and execute change management strategies, communications, and stakeholder engagement plans for large-scale projects involving system implementations, process redesign, capability building, and organizational shifts. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with proven experience in change frameworks and global operations environments.
Key Responsibilities
Change Management Strategy & Planning
Design and execute enterprise-level change management strategies aligned with transformation objectives
Build scalable toolkits and frameworks tailored to project complexity
Conduct readiness assessments and change impact analyses
Project Implementation Support
Drive execution of change plans for multiple concurrent projects
Integrate change activities within project management and implementation plans
Partner with project managers and subject matter experts to align on change approach
Monitor adoption risks and proactively resolve barriers
Stakeholder Engagement & Communications
Identify and engage key stakeholder groups across global supply chain and business units
Develop and deliver compelling, multi-channel communications
Facilitate workshops, town halls, and feedback sessions
Advise leaders on change readiness and communication strategies
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
Define success metrics to measure adoption, engagement, and impact
Build reporting dashboards and pulse surveys to monitor progress
Collect feedback and optimize communication/change efforts as needed
Required Experience & Skills
Strong record managing multiple large-scale initiatives in a matrixed corporate environment
Expertise in change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or similar)
Excellent written/verbal communication with multi-channel strategy design experience
Strong facilitation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills across all levels
Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or global operations
Experience in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or biotech

Basic Qualifications
Doctorate degree, OR
Master’s degree and 2 years of experience, OR
Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience, OR
Associate’s degree and 8 years of experience, OR
High school diploma/GED and 10 years of experience
