Key Responsibilities
- Lead treasury system implementation projects, including FIS Quantum and SAP S/4HANA integration, ensuring best-in-class design aligned with business needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Global Operations, and external partners to optimize treasury workflows, including cash forecasting, in-house banking, and intercompany settlements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on treasury operations and systems, translating operational knowledge into robust technical solutions.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and automation in treasury technology platforms.
- Develop documentation, test scripts, and training materials to support system adoption and compliance.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 10+ years of treasury experience with exposure to cash management, forecasting, and banking infrastructure.
- Demonstrated leadership in TMS (FIS Quantum preferred) and SAP S/4HANA Treasury implementations.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives across global stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
- MBA or master’s degree in Finance or Technology.
- Familiarity with bank statement automation, payment formats, and treasury integration standards (e.g., SWIFT, ISO20022).

Minimum Qualifications:

Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:
- Ideal candidates will bring around 10 years of progressive treasury experience, with a strong foundation in cash operations, forecasting, and in-house banking—used to inform strategic system design and optimization, rather than owning day-to-day operations.
