This position partners with Finance and Functional Leads to drive data-informed decision-making, enhance workforce planning efficiency, and maintain resource allocation transparency.

Resource Forecasting & Portfolio Management
Manage functional resource forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
Support functional leads in conducting resource demand vs. supply analysis to anticipate workforce needs.
Assist in scenario modeling to evaluate the impact of portfolio shifts on resource allocations.
Operational Efficiency & System Management
Oversee data accuracy within resource planning tools (e.g., Planisware or other relevant software).
Collaborate with Finance and Portfolio teams to ensure resource planning aligns with budgeting and forecasting cycles.
Maintain standardized reporting templates and dashboards to provide real-time resource insights.
Basic Qualifications
Doctorate degree or Master’s degree and 2 years of experience or Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience or Associate’s degree and 8 years of experience or High school diploma / GED and 10 years of experience
Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:
Experience in R&D, portfolio planning, or clinical development.
