Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:

• Work independently with guidance from management to complete workload on-time
• Adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Technical background requried - (Background in Quality control area, labs of any kind, familiarity USP, japan, china)
• Experience with change controls and compliane backgrounds

Day to Day Responsibilities: 

• Complete specification creation and revision requests according to requested timelines
• Manage material creation quality records
• Arrange and host cross-functional meetings to gather necessary technical information to support specification creation/revisions

Red Flags:

*No Quality or technical background
*Is uncomfortable with fluid priorities - support business they're planning towards what is being produced at sites and any urgent items may be placed in 1st proity for the week. Must be flex with adjusting schedule and tasks.
