- Ideal candidate- a few years out of school (don’t need years of experience w/ Agile), just needs to be willing to learn, candidate will need excel experience and Power Point
- Candidate will be going into different systems to run various reporting etc. – they will be a reporting schedule that the EW needs to adhere to/ etc.
- MUST have strong verbal AND written communication - this role has a lot of communication involved with meeting with stakeholders and facilitate conversations and concepts
- MUST have willingness to learn mindset
- Data organizational background would be helpful for this role ***
- Maintain various databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy
- Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout.
- Overqualified, difficulty adapting to change
