- Protein analysis
- Maintain E. coil and Mammalian cell culture
- Express proteins in E. coli and Mammalian cells
- Perform recombinant protein purification from E. coli, insect cells and Mammalian cells
- Analysis of proteins by SDS-PAGE, Western Blot
- Record data
- Support general lab activities
- Travel distance to ATO should be reasonable; this is 100% onsite.
- No PHD's
