Project Management Senior Associate

- Cross-functional collaboration
- Project management
- Pharmaceutical Marketing (preferred device marketing)
- A minimum of 4-5 years of project management experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
- Must have Agile project management and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFE, etc.)
- Experienced in project management tools Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, highly desirable (at least one of those)
- Collaborate with key partners including Global/Regional/Local Marketing teams, Access and Patient Support Providers, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, and Operations cross-functional teams.
- Support launch brands effectively and in critical launch period.
- Handle creative agency processes.
- Manage over 30 country adaptations of device education materials.
