Other requirements:

• At least one (1) year experience in contracting
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work successfully under general direction
• Comfortable working with new systems/technology, specifically a contract life cycle management (CLM) system
• Basic understanding of contracts
• Great attention to detail

Day to Day Responsibilities:    

• Drafting contracts/notices based upon existing templates requiring minimal modifications
• Reading and analyzing agreements, amendments, notice letters and other contract documents to import meta-data into CLM/CPQ system accurately
• Communicating with other cross-functional components of the department in the operation and implementation of the various pricing strategies to confirm understanding of the data being entered into our CLM/CPQ system
