Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Support Global Customer Capabilities in planning, executing, and monitoring projects related to identity management systems, global medical websites, Artificial Intelligence, and Medical Information projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on project goals, scope, and timelines.
- Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring a clear understanding of project objectives, deliverables, and status updates.
- Provide regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and methodologies within the Global Customer Capabilities area.
