Day to Day Responsibilities:                            
  • You will serve as Compensation’s primary liaison with Talent Acquisition and HRBP within each U.S. business unit and functional area in support of Amgen’s drive to improve pay transparency throughout the organization.
  • Support Amgen’s emerging pay transparency strategy, ensuring accurate data is provided to appropriate stakeholders and in compliance with emerging legislation and company policy.
  • Proactively communicate with the business and ensure all people-managers and HR staff are aware of pay transparency requirements and help them understand the change and their role in supporting pay transparency.
