• 1+ year of Microsoft office experience
• Comfortable working in various systems (SAP, Ariba, Ariba Network) Ariba and Ariba network minimum 1 year professional.
• SAP experience preferred

Day to Day Responsibilities:                        

• conduct second level validation of master data
• Monitor mailboxes and resolve incoming queries
• Coordinate with second level validation teams in Europe, Latin America and JAPAC
• Respond to escalated questions from the supplier master data management team and business partners to resolve queries in line with corporate policies and procedures
• Update master data records where required
• Provide customer support to business partners
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly data quality monitoring
