Ideal candidate: buiness experience with couple of years. A college degree is quality would be great! GMP background is helpful, not required. Automation, logistics, supply chain background would be great.

Day to Day Responsibilities:                        
    
As Organizational Effectiveness Sr Associate, you will play a vital role in executing our vision to deliver outstanding collaboration services to the Quality organization. As Sr Associate, you will develop tools using our product suite which comprises Office 365 (MS Teams, SharePoint, Yammer, etc), SmartSheet, Tableau, Spotfire and other applications to improve and enhance collaboration across different departments. Responsibilities: In this team-based role you will directly influence the success of several teams within Quality by executing the following responsibilities:
Review and analyze business processes, workflows, functions, and procedures to determine the most effective business system software to meet collaboration and productivity needs
Collaborate with business subject matter experts to design and develop workflows
Create tailored and multifunctional tools, dashboards and reports in applications such as SmartSheet and SharePoint to drive business efficiency
Proactively identify and implement opportunities to automate tasks and develop reusable frameworks
Lead the effort to sustain the management of the tools
