Day to Day Responsibilities:                        
  • Supports the gathering and evaluation of metrics that ensure the effectiveness of training materials and performance solutions.
  • Lead core training initiatives at AOH for the development of a unique training academy to be used to train employees across multiple sites
  • Work closely with clients in their work environment to understand and assess specific training needs by applying adult learning theories.
  • Communicates site and client needs to local training management.
  • Work with training professionals and clients to implement training assignments and evaluate training.
  • Manage and deliver courses central to training operations.
  • Service one client group on site as it relates to global or site wide training initiatives.
  • Provide input into the implementation of site and/or global core curricula and standard learning activities.
  • Manage assigned projects to meet milestones, review cycles, and deadlines.
