Day to Day Responsibilities    
MyBuy Ariba intake - requisitions, change orders, intake/triage/review/approval
Business partner intake - requisitions, change orders, intake/triage/review/approval
Category manager support intake - requisitions, change orders, intake/triage/review/approval
Ariba and Scout platforms tasks and processing (including liaising with business partners, category managers, sourcing excellence): RFPs, amendments, change orders, Orders or Agreements related to new requisitions, non-adherence or other sourcing strategy process documentation and approvals, contract workspace updates
Executive communication

What success looks like: the senior associate jumps into the role with a self-led approach to learning and building baseline knowledge critical for success. While moving on the learning curve, the senior associate is proactively reaching out to get questions answered or data needed and they are demonstrating progress along learning curve by consistently defining what they know and what they don't know. Once the senior associate is stable in the role, they are proactively prioritizing and managing the portfolio - including ensuring stakeholders are getting questions answered or updates needed as prioritization occurs or status changes. Success is clear because business partners and category managers aren't raising inquiries or status checks or expressing concern that they don't know what the next step or action is. As the senior associate progresses further, category managers share unsolicited positive feedback regarding the senior associate's support - the senior associate was proactive and responsive, giving the category manager the right advice or support required for the situation.s.
