Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:            
  • Prior Quality/Complaint experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Experience with investigation process and managing large volumes of complaints.
  • Bachelor’s degree with 3 quality/complaint in regulated field (medical field, pharma, medical device)

Day to Day Responsibilities:                    
  • Supporting the product complaint management system at Amgen by conducting complaint investigations. Processing all complaint records from end-to-end adhering with Amgen Complaint policies and procedures, while assuring compliance to federal regulations.
