Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Manage the distribution of our bi-weekly release notes to continuously provide transparency into the latest enhancements on the platform and product team applications.
• Develop an effective agenda for our weekly virtual governance call, serve as the primary host during this live event.
• Partner with all technical and non-technical members of the platform team to formulate and distribute timely maintenance and outage notifications including critical incidents impacting the platform.
• Identify and disseminate information about training and upskilling opportunities for Amgen’s Salesforce community.
• Assist with planning captivating events to enable our business partners and empower product teams to deliver innovative Salesforce solutions.
• Analyze results from previous communications and campaigns and apply key learnings to strategically improve future communications, content, and client engagements.
• Process and execute timely ad-hoc communication requests to support dynamic business needs.
