Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:
  • Experience using training systems (e.g. Learning Management System) and associated processes within a regulated environment
  • Experience in project management (managing projects, defining scope, overseeing budget, tracking milestones)
  • Effective communication and writing skills

Day to Day Responsibilities:                
  • Supports development of eLearning or Instructor Led Training courses
  • Ensures training materials are integrated with Amgen’s Learning Management System and assigned per defined business processes
  • Ensures that training content is current, sustained, and reflects all compliance standards
  • Conducts training impact assessment for training activities and assignments that are tracked in the LMS
  • Partners with managers or their delegates to develop training assignment portfolios and to ensure that appropriate staff are assigned or removed from training, as needed
  • Manages assigned projects
  • Serves as internal client's first point of contact for training questions
  • Supports training team to complete day-to-day tasks for clients and projects\
