Day Day Responsibilities:        
  • Work with business clients administer the role-based curriculum (RBC) (which is the assignment of required and recommended training staff based on their role) within the Learning Management System
  • Administer updates RBC ad hoc basis
  • Ensure staff are assigned Role-based Curriculum
  • Perform Training Impact Assessments with LA owners
  • Maintain process documentation
  • Develop and maintain tools which support the RBC
  • Lead or provide input process improvement in areas of support
  • Prepare and distribute training reports
  • Develop and maintain identified SharePoint sites
  • Monitor team shared mailbox – respond inquiries, fulfill requests, triage when needed, monitor team shared training calendar
  • Assist Learning Professionals with training logistics and LMS support
  • Special projects as needed
