Description:

Who you are:
The Graphic Designer role is responsible for layout, visual appearance and usability of brand strategies. Candidates should be able to collaborate and coordinate with team members, have a strong sense of creativity and humor, be able to work under pressing deadlines and be able to accommodate a variable work schedule.
Responsibilities:
• Producing designs targeted at our users for a variety of product configurations: websites, banner ads, social networks, promotional pieces, print, brochures, etc.
• Ensuring quality and optimization of imagery for maximum efficiency and usability
• Coordinate acquisition of assets, specs, and timelines
• Participating in projects as lead or team member: usability research and implementation of findings, project managing, quality assurance, documentation, etc.
• Testing products for functionality and accessibility
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5-7 years experience in graphic design industry.
• Proven ability in the creation and direction of quality digital/online graphic design
• Strong project management skills with the ability to work in a team environment in situations in which ambiguity and multiple priorities are likely
• Excellent ability to write, speak, and use images to clearly and persuasively communicate in technical and non-technical subjects with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently and plan ahead, anticipating issues before they arise.
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and deliver against strict deadlines
