Senior Associate Labeling Performance

Description:

As part of Global Labeling Operations and Compliance, and under the supervision of the Sr. Manager Labeling Performance, Sr. Associate Labeling Performance is responsible for supporting the monitoring and reporting on the health of the end to end (E2E) labeling process through Labeling Quality Management, supporting continuous improvement projects, triaging business process management (BPM) system issues and enhancements to BPM owner and training certification content development for Global Labeling roles
Key Activities Principal responsibilities include, but are not restricted to:


•Create performance and metrics reports for Labeling key performance indicators (KPIs)
•Analyze issues
•Support Labeling Quality Management process
•Support CAPAs for Global Labeling organization and vendors
•Support the maintenance of Global Labeling Policies, SOPs and other controlled documents
•Responsible for Global Labeling Training Assignment and Onboarding
•Triage BPM system issues and enhancements to BPM owner
•Support Global Labeling process consistency across systems, technology, training delivery, procedures, and timelines to enable effective and compliant labeling execution
•Support continuous improvement projects


Knowledge and Skills

•Knowledge of pharmaceutical or medical device regulations requirement

Education & Experience (Basic)
Master’s degree
OR Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of related experience
OR Associate’s degree and 6 years of related experience
OR High school diploma / GED and 8 years of related experience
Education & Experience (Preferred)

•Previous experience working in industry in support of Global Labeling, Regulatory, Engineering or Quality Management/Quality Engineering
•Ability to analyze data and report findings
•Demonstrates leadership attributes
•Project Management
•Fluent in English (oral and written)
