IS Analyst Senior Associate

Day to Day Responsibilities:    
  • Support Global ERP change manager to adopt our ServiceNow change management process and CMDB (CSDM) migration.
  • Assist project team and support team to fulfill the change management process along the implementation of changes to SAP systems.
  • Adopt IT Service management best practices (ITIL) for change processes for the Global ERP team.
  • Apply structured change management approaches, methodologies and tools.
  • Ensure the change deliverable meet quality standard and change gate criteria
  • Participates in the improvement of change management process.
  • Support the team in Identifying potential risks for the changes and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns in coordination with the Product Teams.
  • Works closely with the Change and Release Management team.
  • Conduct impact, and readiness assessments for the changes.
  • Evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.
  • Collaborate with the Business Change owner on GxP (Good Practices in pharmaceutical industry) changes.
  • Support ServiceNow Incident and Problem reporting and tracking
  • Coordinating meetings and collaborations for GERP team.
  • Discretionary task from the direct manager

Summary 
  • We are seeking an CW Information Systems, Business Analyst – Global ERP Change Owner/ITIL practitioner who will support and coordinate Change implementation in the Global ERP Platform. Supporting the Global SAP Center of Excellence vision to continuously improve the delivery of changes for our SAP Platform, ensuring the optimal client experience of the Global ERP implementation and maintenance.
  • The CW Information Systems, Business Analyst – Global ERP Change Owner/ITIL practitioner will be reporting to the Global ERP DevOps Lead at our Capability Center in Tampa Florida.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree
OR
Associate’s degree and 4 years of directly related experience
OR
High school diploma / GED and 6 years of directly related experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities to build a strong network and relationships across IS functions and the business
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced team environment while consistently demonstrating flexibility, resiliency, and resourcefulness
  • Strong ITIL practice experience, including incident, change management, service requests and CMDB (CSDM)
  • Validated experience in MS Office Suite and Collaboration tools, including development of advanced Excel spreadsheets, PPT, Teams and SharePoint
  • Excellent problem-solving, team and time management skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and collaborate proactively with others
  • Resourceful and proactive in capturing information and sharing ideas
  • Flexibility in supporting global teams. Good attention to detail and be self-directed
  • Ability to drive consensus among Process owners, End-users, & vendors
  • Ability to give, receive, and analyze information, formulate work plans, prepare written material, and articulate goals and action plans
  • Be results oriented & self-starter
  • 1-3 years IT application management experience or project management experience is preferred
  • Previous experience as an IT Change owner is strongly is preferred
  • Working experience in Biotech, healthcare or pharmaceutical area is a plus
  • SAP knowledge and experience is a plus
