Associate Project Management

Day to Day Responsibilities:    
  • Daily responsibilities would include but not be limited to helping team members with issues on current SharePoint Sites, managing access to SharePoint and creating new SharePoint sites with Nintex workflows.
  • Supporting Program Managers on an as-needed basis to organize, run and manage program meetings and data. Support ISP Transitions, facilitate team meetings, follow-up on activities and action items. Organize, maintain and archive program and project information and data per requested.
  • Supporting other projects as they arise.

Summary:
  • This person will perform project management duties to support a multitude of projects, from ISP Transitions to Protocol/Document Renewals, from concept to completion of the project.

Responsibilities
  • SharePoint Administration, building, fixing & maintaining sites
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings, issue meeting requests, issue agendas, reserve resources, author and distribute meeting minutes
  • Monitor action item Logs, expedite action items and activities; follow up on action item completion
  • Proactively identify issues that could lead to problems and facilitate solutions
  • Manage and maintain project calendar and SharePoint sites
  • Establish, monitor, communicate and maintain project schedules
  • Manage Project documents and records
  • Create distribution workflows using Nintex/SharePoint
  • Prepare weekly project program team deck
  • other responsibilities as assigned
  • Computer Systems: SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project

Educational and Professional Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
  • Understanding and hands on experience with Facilities Management or Construction
  • 3 - 5 years of project management experience including managing scope, schedules, and transitions
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from PMI desired but not required

Additional Requirements
  • Must have strong SharePoint Background
  • Ability to work autonomously and under pressure, with a sense of urgency, to meet constant deadlines
  • Well-organized with good time management skills
  • Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams across varying geographic locations
  • Capability of gathering information to make informed, timely and smart decisions
  • Onsite – no remote work.
