Associate Project Mgmt Coordinator - AFP

Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Check commuter Inbox and respond to emails accordingly, continue to develop commuter platform to ensure user friendly experience, develop how to guides and videos, create communications to help promote commuter program.
  •  Will need to assist other team members with higher priority tasks.
  •  Success will be measured if we get increase in commuter program participation and emails to inbox.
  • Primarily responsible for monitoring and processing ATO Commuter Connection requests.
  • Assist with the implementation of the new sharepoint online commuter enrollment process and commuter platform.
  • Promote and market the commuter program by marketing new platform and creating communications.
  • In addition to commuter tasks, support project management activities.
  • Coordinate technical requirements of meetings including projector, laptop, and teleconference requirements.
  • Take and/or type meeting minutes.
  • Aids in various administrative tasks regarding project budgets and schedules, such as monitoring purchase orders and project spend, and posting items to SharePoint.
  •  Keep information up to date including schedules, budgets, and the project information on SharePoint or other appropriate application.
  • Should be organized, reliable, and respond promptly to requests.
  • Perform tasks independently with minimal supervision, in addition to working on teams to accomplish tasks.
  • Coordination with the project team and project manager is essential. ; able to shift gears and be comfortable with ambiguity. Great customer skills.
  • MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) proficiency ;
  • SAP, SharePoint (workflows) experience preferred ;
  • strong written and verbal skills Basic Educational Requirement: High-school diploma or GED
