Support and deliver system notifications for ERP updates and downtime
Provide testing support on various projects and initiatives
Updating supplier information in ERP system, user accounts
Provide Source to Pay system support to key business partners and customers
Responsibility for maintaining and updating internal information sharing sites
Monitor system usage and provide recommendations on advanced utilization
Update and maintain system upload files
Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting in support special projects
Amgen is seeking a Senior Associate who will play a key role in the Source to Pay Operations Technology team.
The Source to Pay Operations Technology team is responsible for partnering with the Procure to Pay (P2P) Process Owners, Regional Source to Pay service owners, Global Strategic Sourcing and other functions to ensure a robust technology framework for Source to Pay by creating and monitoring performance reports and metrics; identifying process issues and driving root cause analysis; and utilizing governance tools.
This role will be part of Amgen’s Global Source to Pay Operations organization within Global Business Services.
The Source to Pay Technology Senior Associate will provide support multiple financial systems.
This position reports to the Source to Pay Operations Senior Manager and will interact with a wide range of leadership and staff across Amgen.
Bachelor’s degree 2 years of Finance experience
Associate’s degree and 6 years of Finance experience
High school diploma / GED and 8 years of finance experience
Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of Finance experience
5+ years’ experience in financial reporting and analysis
Excellent Excel/ PowerPoint skills are strongly preferred
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to communicate and collaborate cross-functionally in an organization
Energetic, detailed oriented, highly motivated with a “can do” outlook
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
