Data Management Mgr

Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Support strategic initiatives by performing ad hoc requests for scenario analysis related to cycle time and inventory optimization
  • Work with process owners to develop and track analysis criteria and action plans
  • Provide project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting
  • Deliver quality and timely results via the use of appropriate tools
  • Manage competing timelines and prioritize critical tasks
  • Create output of analysis and clearly communicate to stakeholders and leadership
  • Build and maintain relationships with process owners and initiative leads to understand business process inputs/outputs, objectives, and priorities
  • Ideal candidate - 5 years’ experience Inventory Analyst of gathering and reviewing inventory and cycle time data for analyses and interpretation.
  • Experience with ERP systems and data extraction.
  • Must has great communication skills.
  • BS in Supply Chain, IS Scientist, or Business administration.
  • Bio-pharma background is ideal but not required.
Global Supply Chain Inventory Analyst
  • The role of the Inventory Analyst will consist of gathering and reviewing inventory and cycle time data for analyses and interpretation. The individual in this role will use SAP, Rapid Response and visualization tools (i.e. Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint etc.) to analyze cycle time and inventory data, perform scenario analysis, spot trends and develop recommendations.
  • The person in this role will work with cross-functional stakeholders and process owners to gather data and information from multiple sources and assimilate into a comprehensive, easy to interpret analysis. The individual must be detailed oriented, with the ability to document assumptions, extrapolate insights and communicate effectively across multiple levels of the organization.
  • This person will also provide project management support for related strategic initiatives and ad hoc requests; creating project plans, measuring performance to plan, with accountability for quality and timing of output.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance or related discipline.
  • Required minimum of 3 years of experience in reporting, consolidation and data analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP, RapidResponse, and reporting tools
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint & Access)
  • Strong initiative and ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to complete projects timely and accurately with minimal oversight
  • Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication, including developing and conducting presentations and business process mapping
  • Ability to organize, interpret, communicate and present information clearly
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and communicate across multiple levels of the organization
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity
  • Experience in biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
