Must Have Skill Sets:     
1-2 years of project management experience
Fortune 500 or Big 4 experience is mandatory
Efficient in all MS office suite- Must have used excel for tracking metrics and KPIs.
Must have used PowerPoint in a professional business setting.
Facilities management experience in a professional office setting is mandatory
Organizational management skills

Day to Day Responsibilities:     
  • Assist in coordinating site operations (facility, site operations) by managing and preparing monthly reporting metrics for distribution and assisting the site leadership as needed.
  • Compile regular reports and presentations that clearly summarize analytical results and implications/recommendations to key stakeholders to inform decision making
  • Develop and own processes to track key site metrics and operational information that produce regular reports
  • Work with site leadership to catalog, manage and build processes that inform leadership on site goals and activities
  • Turn unstructured business issues/requests into appropriate action plans and projects that result in high quality, meaningful and actionable deliverables
  • Prepares agendas, takes and completes committee meeting minutes; coordinates distribution and follows up on action items
  • Independently responds to routine correspondence, determines best approach and presentation when preparing and formatting correspondence, memoranda, reports and presentations
Support Site Operations project management activities. Assist in coordinating site operations management and regular reports through project management activities. Coordinate technical requirements of meetings including projector, laptop, and teleconference requirements. Take and/or type meeting minutes. Aids in various administrative tasks regarding project management, budgets, and schedules, such as managing regular reporting inputs, development of reporting products, and both preparing reports for site leadership and cataloging items to project folders. Keep information up to date including Site Operations project, facility, and budget information.
